Gestern war ich in der Charite in Berlin, a museum attached to a major hospital. The exibits were of a medical nature, a lot of diseased organs, quite a few fetuses in different stages of development and/or corruption, babies with two heads or two heads sharing one face, a baby effectively born without a brain, a colon about the size of a python (neurological damage led to MAJOR constipation led to internal organs being squished), the skeleton of a boy turned back to front from the chest up and, of course pictures of what flesh-eating bacteria can do to you. Nach einer Weile musste ich meine Mitbesucher mal ein bisschen anschauen, nur damit man mal was anderes sieht als mutierte Materie.
Nonetheless, I can only recommend visiting that museum.

Do I just try to compensate for my innocent looks with going to extremes like that?
